1. Acceptance of the Fresh Spin Empire Agreement
Welcome to Fresh Spin Empire. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fresh Spin Empire Media Ltd., operators of The Chlorophyll Citadel. By accessing our website, creating an account, or interacting with any of our simulated casino games (including but not limited to the Citadel Orchard Reels and the Solar Spire Wheel), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. All content, design, graphics, text, logos, audio clips, and software underlying the Fresh Spin Empire platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Fresh Spin Empire Media Ltd. or its licensors. This includes the specific visual assets of the Citadel Orchard Reels, the Solar Spire Wheel board, the Agri-Drone companion designs, and the narrative lore surrounding the Sun Terrace, Hydro Spire, and Nectar Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. 6. Prohibited Conduct and Ban Protocols
